Adopt a Domestic Long Hair / Mixed

Domestic Long Hair / Mixed Cat

Sierra the Cat needs a home

Sierra came to us very thin with two kittens. We thought she had an URI infection but when we took her to the vet we discovered she had a herniated Diaphragm. It was a very risky surgery for an adult cat but she was too wonderful not to give her a second chance. She not only survived the surgery she hasn`t stopped purring since she came out of surgery. She is now healthy, has gained weight and is now out in the big cat area socializing with the rest of the felines. Sierra is such a love! Who would not want her? Even though her surgery was a complete success it has brought on some minor emotional issues with Sierra. Quick movements and noise bother her since her surgery, and she does not like perfume or heavy cologne because it bothers her chest. Her body still gets achy sometimes. She feels as if she took the world on her shoulders having a litter of kittens when she was so ill herself. She would love a QUIET, SERENE home. She is not high maintenance but would love someone to spend quality time with her. We give her vitamins to keep her skin and coat healthy. Sierra is vaccinated, FeLuke/FIV tested neg., De-Wormed, and Spayed. If you`ll like to visit with her please call and set up an appointment. Our organization offers 24PetWatch microchips, which include free registration into the 24PetWatch pet recovery service. For more information visit www.24petwatch.com or call 1-866-597-2424.
